Making the best better

Jumeirah, a leading luxury hotel brand, is ambitiously expanding its global presence. However, their website no longer reflected the world-class experience they offer. To address this, they partnered with Eight Inc, a renowned agency, to rejuvenate their online presence at Jumeirah.com.

I was brought on board by the Eight Inc team for a two-month design sprint, focusing on enhancing user experience and UI design across major parts of the site. My main responsibility was the hotel booking flow, a crucial component of Jumeirah.com.

I provided user experience recommendations and crafted intuitive UI designs for the entire booking flow on both desktop and mobile platforms. Additionally, I hosted numerous client feedback sessions, fostering iterative improvements. Furthermore, I prepared the designs for development and briefed the engineering team accordingly.

The outcome was a strikingly modern and sophisticated user experience that not only met but surpassed the client’s expectations.
