Switching Swedes to ManyPets
ManyPets, a global leader in pet insurance, aimed to encourage Swedes to switch to ManyPets pet insurance. To incentivise new customers to make the transition, ManyPets required the integration of a new price comparison feature into their existing quote and purchase flow.
I was assigned the task of conducting competitor analysis, initiating design discovery, and creating multiple user journeys in the form of high-fidelity wireframes and final UI designs for both desktop and mobile.
As a result of my efforts, an effective new price comparison feature was developed. It received positive feedback from internal stakeholders and is scheduled to be rolled out in the near future.

Covering more then one pet
ManyPets provided an excellent quote and purchase experience for single pet owners.
However, they encountered challenges when it came to accommodating new customers with multiple pets.
I was entrusted with the responsibility of leading the UX and UI design for a new mobile-first, multi-pet customer quote and purchase journey.
I explored various customer journeys, created and shared progress through prototypes, and actively sought feedback and design iterations from key stakeholders, including product managers and the engineering team.
The end result was a sleek, user-friendly experience that allowed customers to swiftly obtain quotes and coverage for all their beloved pets within minutes.
