Reinvigorating business education

Filtered, a popular B2B eLearning platform, needed a refresh to improve its dated user experience and add modern features.

Redesigning the platform presented several challenges, including making it multilingual and allowing for re-branding each time the platform was rolled out to a new client.

As the project lead, I collaborated with key stakeholders, product managers, and technical leads. I conducted research and competitor analysis on existing platforms.

I created wireframes and prototyped new user experiences, including a comprehensive search function and the ability to create YouTube-style playlists. Finally, I produced pixel-perfect desktop UI designs that were ready for build.

Additionally, I was responsible for creating a comprehensive new design system to support the future design and development of the platform.

The end result was a modern, clean experience that surpassed the client’s expectations and reignited their clients’ interest in the platform.
